sisyphus-gui.py : bugfix/workaroundv3.1907.1

  * stdout capture and redirection seem to only work when we launch the application from a terminal
  * however this is not the case when we launch the application from the menu
  * use tmux as a controlling terminal so we can capture and redirect stdout no matter how we launch
