Term and Termination + +7.1 Term. The term of this Agreement is five (5) years from the Effective + Date, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement of the parties. + +7.2 Termination for Breach. If Licensee breaches any material provision of + this Agreement, Broadcom shall have the right to terminate this + Agreement, including all licenses granted hereunder, in addition to any + and all other remedies available at law or equity, unless Licensee + cures such breach within sixty (60) days ("Cure Period") after + receiving written notice of the breach by Broadcom. Licensee shall make + best efforts to cure the material breach in the least amount of time + possible within the Cure Period. + +7.3 Insolvency.
